SeaFood's

Have you tried living by the ocean even for awhile? Oh man, it is my dream to catch my own food from the seashore or ocean, sea foods is the best kind of thing there is and if I could just have at least one recipe done everyday and with seafood's on it, then that a paradise. I love mussels, lobsters and more. But living here in Colorado I cold only get frozen stuff from the store and most of the time the only thing is good is Mussels.

I miss living in the Philippines, all kinds of seafood's are available and the people are also more nicer, but I have to face the reality that life is here in USA, my job and family are living here for a much greener pastures, actually it isn't that green since the recession begun last year and when more and more people who are unemployed in this country, I am afraid those green grasses will turned brown or maybe gone soon, hope not.

Yesterday my husband and I dropped by at Walmart and I decided to grab a bags of Mussels and I cooked them as soon as I arrived home and even if it wasn't as fresh as I wanted it to be, still it tasted good enough.
